INDOOR FIELD HOCKEY
Our indoor curriculum will vastly improve your stick skills and overall understanding of the game. Our coaches have extensive indoor coaching and playing experience and are among the top indoor coaches in the region. We offer something for everyone from those looking for a recreational session to regional and national travel as well as college recruiting assistance and guidance.

*U14 and U16 will practice 2 of the 3 days listed above. Days will depend on team placement.

PRACTICE LOCATION
Practices are located at two different facilities – both surfaces are used for indoor field hockey. We do this so that we are on the surface where the National Indoor Qualifiers are held as well as the surface used at the National Indoor Tournament.
 
1. MidAmerica Sports Center East: 2401 Stanley Gault Parkway, Louisville, KY 402232.  Louisville

2. Sports Academy (Springhurst Tennis Center): 4109 Simcoe Lane, Louisville, KY 40241

  • Weekday practices will be held at MidAmerica Sports Center East.
  • Saturday practices will be held at Louisville Sports Academy.
EVALUATIONS – November 13 & 15 @ MIDAMERICA
We will evaluate all athletes to make sure everyone is placed in a practice session that will allow each athlete to grow and develop new skills and their overall knowledge and understanding of the game. We do not cut anyone from our club as we believe in developing all athletes interested in field hockey. 
 
AGE REQUIREMENT
U12 and under = 11 or younger on January 1, 2019
U14 = 12 or 13 on January 1, 2019
U16 = 14 or 15 on January 1, 2019
U19 = 16, 17, or 18 on January 1, 2019
 *USA Field Hockey membership is REQUIRED for all registrations. Please visit their website http://www.usafieldhockey.com for more information. 
 
EQUIPMENT
Once we receive your completed registration, signed waiver, and payment, we will email you with a time for your evaluation. These spots will be filled on a first come basis. You will need an indoor stick (required to travel), shin guards, mouth guard, and a water bottle. These items are mandatory. We also strongly recommend a left hand indoor padded glove (required for travel).
 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is November 12th. Please see attached registration documents and waiver. No athlete will be invited to attend evaluations without complete registration information and payment. No exceptions. Refunds are only issued due to an injury/illness with a doctor note once payment is processed.
